Group lessons, personal training, preparation of effective and responsible exercise schedules, and free training are all available.
The gym includes a large range of Technogym equipment compatible with the Technogym Key System (TGS), showers, lockers and a large number of classes.
Besides fitness instructors, we can offer you a personal trainer, lifestyle coach, mental coach, and/or physical therapist. We also have a sports corner in which we sell all sorts of sports clothing with which we can offer our expertise to give you personalized advice.
